Brandon Winter

Hi, I'm Brandon and I support Wildflower Kids Therapy behind the scenes.
 

I'm also the lucky guy who gets to call Mikaela (Wildflower's founder) my wife, and mum to our two kiddos.
 

Alongside Mikaela, I've been quietly working away in the background since day one, looking after systems, the website, processes, and the day-to-day business operations. If booking an appointment or filling in a form ever felt easy, that was probably one of mine. My role is to help create the space for the Wildflower team to do their best work and focus on supporting our Wildflower children and their families.
 

Coming from an industry that's worlds apart from allied health (Information Technology), it's been a real privilege to be part of the Wildflower story, even in my own small way. I'm incredibly proud of what Mik and the team have built and excited to see where things head next. These days I also help other allied health clinics get their systems and operations running just as smoothly, through my consulting practice, By Cadence.
 

In my free time, I love spending time with our little family, bouncing on the trampoline, going on "stick hunts" for a campfire, listening to music, and mowing the lawn (mostly for the well-earned beer at the end).
